Job Summary:
A professional responsible for inspecting raw materials, performing quality control during laser cutting and bending, and conducting final inspection to ensure product compliance.

- Raw Material Inspection:
‐ Verification of sheet specifications (material type, thickness, and finish).
– Checking for possible deformations, scratches, oxidation, or contamination in raw materials.
- Quality Control in Laser Cutting
– Verification of cut part dimensions according to technical drawings (dimensional tolerances per ISO 2768 or customer specification).
– Visual inspection of cut quality:
– Burr verification.
– Presence of burn marks or excessive oxidation.
– Evaluation of cut perpendicularity (edge quality).
– Verification of holes, notches, and complex geometries using templates or measuring instruments (calipers, profile projectors, etc.).
* Quality Control in Bending
– Measurement of bent angles and lengths, respecting project tolerances.
– Checking for cracks, marks, or fissures in bent areas.
– Evaluation of repeatability among parts bent in series.
– Ensuring correct bend positioning relative to other part references (holes, cutouts, edges).
* Final Inspection
– Comparison of finished parts against technical drawings (overall compliance).
– Surface finish check, burr removal, and cleaning.
– Identification of non-conforming parts for rework or disposal, with report issuance (where applicable).
– Batch and traceability recording per company internal procedures.
Employment Type: Full-time CLT
Compensation: R$2.500,00 - R$3.500,00 per month
