Tissue Converting in Joinville/SC has this opportunity! **Your main tasks and responsibilities include:** * Conduct quality inspections on items upon receipt, during internal processes, and after repairs; * Verify product compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and applicable standards; * Record inspection results and issue non-conformance reports when applicable; * Use measuring instruments for dimensional and geometric inspection; * Support supplier development jointly with the Procurement department; * Use the quality management system for recording, controlling, and organizing information; * Provide technical support to internal customers and suppliers to clarify quality-related questions; * Collaborate with Quality, Assembly, Engineering, and suppliers in analyzing and resolving non-conformities; * Support the development and control of departmental procedures and work instructions. **To succeed in this position, it is important to have:** * Completed Technical Course in Mechanical Engineering. * Experience in Quality Control, including use of measuring instruments, technical drawing, and quality tools. * Intermediate Office software proficiency. * Availability for on-site work in Joinville\-SC. * Initiative and proactivity, organization, attention to detail, teamwork, systemic vision, and excellent interpersonal skills are key attributes for this position. **We Offer** We offer a dynamic work environment that values innovation and suits individuals with a development mindset who enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
