Job Summary: Leads teams, supervises the technical execution of projects, manages materials and equipment, monitors schedules, and ensures safety and compliance with regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and team training in civil construction. 2. Technical supervision of projects and quality assurance. 3. Management of materials, equipment, schedule, and safety. **Main Activities and Responsibilities:** * **Team Leadership:** Guides, assigns daily tasks, trains, and resolves conflicts among construction workers. * **Site Management:** Supervises technical execution, reads project drawings, and ensures finishing quality. * **Materials and Equipment Control:** Manages material inflow, outflow, inventory, and usage, and monitors machine availability. * **Schedule and Targets:** Monitors daily progress to ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget. * **Safety and Regulations:** Inspects use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and ensures compliance with technical and safety standards (NRs). * **Reporting:** Prepares technical reports on service progress for engineers or property owners.
