Performing preventive maintenance to preserve equipment and ensure operational continuity. **Job Posting Title** Production Operator I**Job Description Summary** Operate machines following control plans and operational instructions to fulfill production orders, with the objective of producing high-quality parts and meeting customer requirements.**Job Description:** * Verify that product-related documents are present at the machine by consulting the operational instruction to ensure the product complies with the control plan, drawing, and tracking card. * Feed machine hoppers with the product to be produced, using the monorail system to transport parts for required operations. * Operate machines following established procedures to ensure quality and meet customer requirements. * Measure the product currently in the machine using measuring instruments to ensure it meets quality standards. * Complete dimensional control documentation by recording measurement results to verify whether parts comply with the control plan / drawing / tracking card. * Execute Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) checklists through machine-specific inspections to prevent unplanned downtime due to failures and preserve equipment condition.
