This professional will support the product quality control process by conducting visual and physical inspections, ensuring adherence to company standards. **Responsibilities:** * Perform visual and dimensional inspections of products or components; * Identify and report non-conformities; * Complete inspection and quality control reports; * Assist in organizing and cleaning the inspection area; * Collaborate with the production team; * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. **Job Requirements:** * **Flexibility and Mobility:** Candidates must be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, and be willing to travel as required. * **No Prior Experience Required:** Previous experience is not mandatory, as Willians Serviços provides comprehensive training to new employees. * **Proactivity and Willingness to Learn:** We seek candidates who are proactive and highly motivated to acquire new knowledge and skills. * **High Degree of Responsibility:** Candidates are expected to demonstrate a high level of responsibility, diligently completing assigned tasks and ensuring quality at every stage of the inspection process.
