Job Summary:
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, conduct mold try-outs, and ensure production standardization and quality of injection-molded parts.
Key Highlights:

3. Supervise safety, cleanliness, and organizational standards within the department
Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing techniques and processes for connectors to achieve continuous improvement and production standardization;
* Prepare Injection Process Technical Sheets (FTPIs) and conduct try\-outs for new molds and/or new products, ensuring parameter validation and final quality;
* Analyze and adjust injection molding machine settings after tooling setup (mold change), ensuring process stability and compliance with technical standards;
* Ensure proper replenishment of finished goods inventory by monitoring productive hours and tracking production indicators;
* Supervise and ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and organizational standards within the department, maintaining an appropriate and safe working environment.
* Quality knowledge
* Visual and dimensional inspection of injection-molded parts
Safety and Organization Knowledge:
* Basic **Occupational Safety** standards applicable to industrial operations
* Best practices for **5S**, departmental organization, and cleanliness
* Safety procedures for injection molding machines and peripheral equipment
Compensation: R$5\.000,00 \- R$6\.000,00 per month
