Job Summary:
A professional responsible for supervising fish harvesting activities, ensuring the quality of fish transportation, and enhancing processes and teams.

**Responsibilities and Duties:**
* Oversees harvesting team activities and organizes cargo dispatch according to slaughterhouse demand;
* Performs average weight measurements and estimates fish volume per truck;
* Checks fish condition at harvest time—such as fasting status, vitality, and health—and implements corrective measures when necessary;
* Monitors water quality and cultivation tank conditions, ensuring appropriate parameters are maintained until transport;
* Inspects truck oxygenation equipment to ensure proper operation and calibration;
* Evaluates compliance of harvesting activities with operational procedures and addresses deviations;
* Ensures third-party teams use safety equipment and follow safety practices;
* Plans and conducts team training, and proposes and implements process improvements.

**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education;
* Technical degree in aquaculture or ongoing undergraduate studies is a plus;
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
* Prior experience in the field is a plus;
* Willingness to reside in Palotina or Nova Prata do Iguaçu/PR;
* Valid Brazilian driver's license (Class B) and personal vehicle.
