Market monitoring and post-sales follow-up * Identify and approach potential customers, conduct visits, and promote the company's products/services with a focus on expanding the customer portfolio. * Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring high-quality service, advancing customer loyalty, and increasing sales. * Develop sales strategies, prepare visit schedules, and define targets to be achieved, always aligning actions with the company's commercial objectives. * Conduct commercial negotiations with customers, presenting proposals, discussing pricing and payment terms, and closing deals that meet both customer needs and company interests. * Monitor market trends, competition, and new business opportunities, providing continuous feedback to the sales team and management. * Focus on achieving goals and performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring maximization of sales and financial results. * Prepare visit, sales, and business projection reports, maintaining informed oversight of achieved results and encountered challenges. * Represent the company during external visits, events, and client meetings, safeguarding the organization's image and values. * Conduct post-sales follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction and offering additional support if required. * Adhere to the company's internal policies, respecting standards and procedures related to commercial practices and customer service.
