Monitor and control solid waste management. **Summary:** Develop and implement solutions to protect the environment, including waste management, air, water, and soil pollution control, and ensuring compliance with environmental laws. Responsibilities include designing treatment systems, preparing environmental impact assessments (EIA/RIMA), advising companies and governments, and undertaking degraded area restoration. **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with conditions stipulated in environmental licenses and other legal requirements; * Prepare and oversee the Environmental Management Plan (PGA) and its subprograms (waste, effluents, noise, fauna, flora, etc.); * Monitor and control solid waste management, promoting proper storage, transportation, and disposal; * Supervise and guide field teams on environmental best practices during construction activities; * Support interface with environmental agencies and auditors; * Conduct periodic environmental inspections and issue technical reports; * Support the Occupational Safety team in joint actions for prevention of environmental hazards; * Conduct training sessions and environmental awareness campaigns for operational teams; * Participate in preparing environmental performance reports and indicators. * Supervise and ensure compliance with conditions stipulated in environmental licenses (LP, LI, LO). * Monitor environmental indicators and propose corrective and preventive actions in case of non-conformities. * Support environmental licensing processes with competent agencies (IBAMA, IAP, CETESB, ICMBio, state and municipal agencies). * Support socio-environmental responsibility programs and community engagement. * Encourage best practices and a sustainability culture in the corporate environment and at construction sites. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or Engineering with specialization in this field; * Knowledge of environmental legislation and licensing, environmental management tools (ISO, SIGA, etc.). * Advanced Microsoft Office suite proficiency. * Availability to work 100% onsite in São Paulo, SP. * Mobility for relocation, if necessary.
