




Job Summary: A professional to map and optimize workflows, apply continuous improvement methodologies, and lead efficiency and quality initiatives. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the application of continuous improvement tools and methodologies 2. Coordinate and execute improvement projects ensuring expected results 3. Act as an ambassador of the continuous improvement culture by delivering training * Conduct detailed mapping of current workflows (AS\-IS) using tools such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM). * Analyze performance data (KPIs) to identify waste points (time, resources, materials) and areas limiting productivity. * Apply methodologies such as 5 Whys, Ishikawa Diagram (Fishbone), or MASP/8D to determine root causes of chronic problems. * Develop strategic and tactical plans to optimize processes, reduce costs, improve quality and safety. * Lead the application of continuous improvement tools and methodologies, such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt), Kaizen, and the PDCA cycle (Plan, Do, Check, Act). * Coordinate and execute improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and achievement of expected results. * Create and review standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work standards to sustain achieved gains. * Establish relevant performance indicators (KPIs) (e.g., OEE, Lead Time, defect rate, cost reduction) and monitor them after implementation of improvements. * Conduct periodic audits to ensure implemented improvements are sustained and new standards are followed. * Continuously seek new improvement opportunities to prevent stagnation and maintain the organization in a virtuous cycle of evolution. * Serve as the ambassador of the continuous improvement culture within the company, encouraging participation from all levels. * Deliver training on tools and methodologies (Lean, 5S, Six Sigma, etc.) so employees can actively participate in improvement initiatives. * Form and guide Kaizen teams or cross-functional teams in focused events for rapid and effective problem resolution. * Present progress and results reports to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment and engagement.
