Engages in architecture design activities, architectural proof-of-concept (POC), definition of architectural and coding standards, considering adopted technologies and frameworks. **Requirements and Qualifications** **About the Role** We are seeking a Mid-Level Cloud Architect with a hands\-on profile to operate in Microsoft Azure environments, supporting both architecture design and implementation as well as cloud infrastructure evolution. This professional will actively participate in daily operations, automation, and environment support while also contributing to architectural definitions, technical standardization, and continuous platform improvement. This position is ideal for someone with strong cloud and DevOps experience who enjoys participating in technical decisions but also possesses an operational mindset and the ability to directly implement, configure, troubleshoot, and evolve environments. **Main Responsibilities:** Architecture and Implementation * Design and implement Azure-based solutions, considering availability, performance, security, cost, and scalability; * Support defining architectural standards for infrastructure, applications, and service integrations; * Develop diagrams, technical documentation, and architectural recommendations for new projects and enhancements; * Ensure proposed solutions are technically viable and aligned with the operational reality of the environments. Cloud Infrastructure and Administration * Administer and evolve Azure resources, including virtual networks, virtual machines, load balancers, storage, firewalls, security groups, and databases; * Support infrastructure-as-code provisioning and maintenance, ensuring standardization, versioning, and traceability; * Implement and monitor backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions; * Participate in managing and continuously improving development, testing, and production environments. **Automation and Continuous Delivery** * Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines focused on automation, delivery quality, and security; * Support automation of provisioning, configuration, and deployment of applications and infrastructure; * Collaborate with development teams to improve build, deployment, rollback, and versioning processes. **Containers and Orchestration** * Maintain and evolve containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes, preferably AKS; * Support implementation and maintenance of Helm charts and deployment standards; * Contribute to improvements in resilience, scalability, and workload organization within Kubernetes. **Monitoring and Operations** * Implement and maintain monitoring and observability solutions using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Prometheus, and Grafana; * Create dashboards, alerts, and health indicators for environment monitoring; * Perform troubleshooting for infrastructure, applications, and integrations, supporting resolution of medium- and high-complexity incidents; * Contribute to root cause analysis and implementation of preventive improvements. **Security and Governance** * Apply cloud security best practices, including RBAC, IAM, network segmentation, encryption, and access control; * Support implementation of DevSecOps practices and compliance with internal policies; * Contribute to governance improvements, technical standardization, and environment control. **Costs and Efficiency** * Support cloud consumption tracking, identifying opportunities for resource optimization; * Consider cost aspects when defining and evolving solutions, seeking balance between robustness and financial efficiency. **Collaboration and Continuous Improvement** * Work collaboratively with development, infrastructure, operations, and product teams to continuously evolve the platform; * Participate in technical reviews, architecture discussions, and operational improvement planning; * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, runbooks, and standards. **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed undergraduate or graduate degree (technology, bachelor’s, postgraduate lato sensu and/or stricto sensu) in Information Technology. * Solid experience in cloud, DevOps, infrastructure, or technical architecture within production environments; * Practical experience with Microsoft Azure in deployment, support, and evolution of cloud environments; * Experience in operational tasks as well as supporting architectural decisions and technical standardization; * Experience troubleshooting distributed environments and supporting production incidents. **Technical Knowledge** * Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including virtual networks, compute, storage, monitoring, security, and databases; * Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC); * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment; * Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes, preferably AKS; * Experience with monitoring and observability using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools. **Security and Data** * Understanding of cloud security fundamentals, RBAC, IAM, encryption, and network segmentation; * Familiarity with relational databases and backup, availability, and recovery practices.
