Job Summary: Responsible for developing technical, social, organizational, and methodological competencies to provide manual and administrative support across various areas, in compliance with safety and quality standards. Inclusive and collaborative environment Responsible for developing, under constant supervision, technical, social, organizational, and methodological competencies required to perform supportive, manual, and administrative tasks in the areas of Human Resources, Unit Administration, Finance, Logistics, Procurement, LEX, and MKT, aiming to carry out assigned activities in accordance with technical procedures and the Company’s safety, quality, and environmental standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** 1\) Perform tasks assigned by supervisors and aligned with the training curriculum, involving supportive, manual, and administrative work in the areas of Human Resources, Unit Administration, Finance, Logistics, Procurement, LEX, and MKT, under continuous guidance from the designated supervisor. 2\) Propose improvements to learning activities assigned by supervisors. 3\) Identify proactive actions contributing to the development of tasks under one’s responsibility. 4\) Assist with reception and public-facing activities across different departments of the Company, following established procedures and received instructions. 5\) Maintain organized files. 6\) Type documentation. 7\) Perform other related tasks of equivalent difficulty level within one’s learning track, as requested. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently enrolled in Elementary or High School Hello, we are BAT Brasil!
