Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to design, develop, and implement scalable data pipelines, ensure data quality and performance, analyze and resolve issues, and build Power BI dashboards. Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance through sound engineering practices, governance, and continuous monitoring. Analyze, investigate, and resolve issues related to data integrity, availability, and performance. Develop and maintain end-to-end Power BI dashboards, transforming large volumes of data into clear, intuitive, and decision-oriented visualizations. Collaborate on creating and evolving data solution features and improvements, always aligned with strategic business needs. Participate in technical discussions, contributing to the continuous improvement of the company’s data architecture and engineering standards. Self-managed, analytical, and solution-oriented profile with strong interest in learning new technologies and applying innovations to solve complex data challenges. **Essential Qualifications:** Proficiency in Power BI (end-to-end). Practical experience with Azure ecosystem services such as Azure Databricks, Azure Storage, Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Synapse Analytics. Knowledge of MLE and data pipelines. Mastery of statistical concepts and A/B testing. Experience in reverse engineering to understand legacy system flows and processes. Agile environment experience (Scrum, Kanban), promoting iterative, collaborative, and high-value deliveries. Knowledge of data architecture and ETL/ELT best practices, ensuring robust, optimized, and scalable solutions. Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools (Azure Monitor, Datadog, ELK).
