Job Summary:
The professional will be responsible for supporting the receiving, inspection, and storage of goods, managing inventory, and operating forklifts.

· Receiving, inspection, and storage of goods: responsible for supporting the receipt and inspection of goods, ensuring compliance with company standards. This includes verifying item quantity and quality, and organizing them appropriately to facilitate access.
· Invoices: verify the accuracy of incoming invoice entries, ensuring data is correctly recorded in the ERP system. This is crucial for maintaining inventory integrity and facilitating accounting.
· Operating forklifts: operate forklifts to move materials within the warehouse, ensuring all operations are conducted safely and efficiently, minimizing accident risks.
· Inventory control by project/construction: monitor available item quantities per project, ensuring product traceability and integrity.
· Material picking and dispatch: assist in correctly picking and dispatching materials, verifying fiscal documentation against requisitions to prevent errors.
· Cyclical counts: participate in cyclical counts every two months and the annual physical inventory, helping ensure inventory records are accurate and up to date.
· Maintaining a clean and organized storage environment: assist in keeping the storage area consistently clean and organized, adhering to company-established safety standards.
· Document organization and archiving: organize and archive documents related to projects, facilitating access and compliance with company regulations.
