Job Summary: An outpatient nursing technician responsible for providing assistance, guiding employees in educational campaigns, and performing emergency procedures, ensuring occupational health and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Provide outpatient nursing technical assistance and perform emergency procedures. 2. Guide employees in health and hygiene educational campaigns. 3. Attend to employees, administer first aid, and refer them to specialists. Perform basic outpatient nursing tasks in the infirmary for company employees. Carry out emergency procedures and work absences, recording clinical data on employee records in accordance with good practices, SSMA standards and procedures. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Guide and assist employees through educational campaigns, providing information regarding hygiene, nutrition, medication use, and specific health treatment care; * Attend to employees by measuring blood pressure, conducting nursing consultations, administering first aid, and other interventions to mitigate consequences and provide support and comfort; refer employees to specialists when necessary; * Develop presentation materials for lectures and training sessions related to health promotion, first aid, and other topics, as requested by clients, to keep employees informed and up-to-date; * Administer first aid to employees involved in accidents, assessing victims, observing site safety, identifying required rescue equipment at the accident site, and, if needed, accompanying them to hospitals and supporting their families; * Organize medical records, medications, and supplies, ensuring their proper storage and preservation; * Enter ASOs (Occupational Health Certificates), medical certificates, RM (Medical Report) forms for admission, periodic, and other examinations into the system, monitoring frequency, validity periods, and other parameters per PCSMO guidelines; * Record departmental activities, incidents involving employees, and other relevant data to produce reports and statistical control; * Conduct assessments of the "Sleep Elements" program, guiding employees in completing a specific questionnaire to evaluate workers' physical, mental, and emotional status based on responses, thereby supporting preparation of night-shift work schedules and mitigating sleep-related accidents while enhancing safety conditions for assessed employees; * Support management by providing information and updates regarding workplace accidents, sharing contacts of medical professionals, and other relevant support; * Ensure quality, reliability, and performance of resources, services, and information generated from assigned tasks, maintaining confidentiality regarding matters related to Expresso Nepomuceno's operations; * Stay updated on knowledge and technological advances in the field to propose and suggest continuous improvements in equipment and processes for maximizing results; * Maintain company assets, requesting maintenance, repair, and/or replacement whenever necessary; * Assume responsibility for Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSSEQ) aspects in daily activities and ensure optimal service delivery to internal and external customers; * Perform other professional duties related to and inherent to the position, as directed and requested by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Nursing Education; * Professional training course; * Experience in the role; * Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of First Aid; * Proficiency in using sphygmomanometers; * Proficiency in using thermometers. **Additional Information** * **Meal Allowance \-** Receive financial assistance to ensure your daily meals with greater ease and well-being. * **Transportation Allowance \-** Worry-free mobility: commute easily to work with our transportation allowance. * **Health Insurance Plan \-** Take care of yourself and your family with a comprehensive plan offering extensive coverage at top-tier hospitals and clinics. * **Dental Insurance Plan \-** Smile without worries!
