WM System Process Manager #### **Location: Nis** #### **What are your main tasks?** * **Optimize WM Processes** – Analyze and improve SAP WM/EWM, MES, and automation system processes across receipt, put\-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. * **Continuous Improvement** – Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other methods to boost efficiency, inventory accuracy, and system performance. * **Project Management** – Lead WM and automation projects from planning to implementation, across multiple sites. * **Cross\-functional Collaboration** – Work with logistics, operations, and IT teams to align system enhancements with business goals. * **Change Management** – Drive user adoption and manage change during system rollouts and upgrades. * **Performance Monitoring** – Develop KPIs and dashboards to track automation throughput, inventory accuracy, and system integration. * **Training \& Support** – Train warehouse and logistics personnel on SAP WM/EWM and automation best practices. #### **What are your qualifications?** * Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. * 3–5 years in SAP WM/EWM, warehouse automation, and MES environments, with a focus on logistics process improvement. * Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies in warehouse/logistics environments. * Skilled in process mapping, KPI tracking, and data analysis related to warehouse performance. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and process mapping tools. * Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities; high attention to detail. #### **And most importantly, what can you expect from us?** The well\-being of our employees is our top priority.
