Focus on inventory accuracy and productivity The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating daily operations at the distribution center. Their primary objective is to ensure that receiving, storage, shipping of materials, and inter-branch transfers are carried out efficiently, safely, and within deadlines, while maintaining inventory accuracy and high team productivity. Key Responsibilities * Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate the operational team. Develop work schedules, manage overtime, and evaluate team performance. * Daily Operations: Efficiently coordinate receiving (inbound), picking, packing, and shipping (outbound) activities. * Inter-Branch Transfers: Plan, coordinate, and record stock and material transfer movements among different company units, ensuring correct and timely replenishment. * Systems Management: Ensure strict and proper use of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems by the entire team for recording all daily transactions. * Inventory Control: Guarantee inventory accuracy through cyclic counts and full physical inventories, correcting system discrepancies. * Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workplace. Performance Indicators (KPIs): Monitor, analyze, and report departmental KPIs such as order cycle time, productivity, error rate, and inventory accuracy. * Requirements and Qualifications * Education: Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing one in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Experience: Proven prior experience leading operational teams in warehouses or distribution centers. * General Systems: Practical experience and proficiency in operating Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. * Google Suite: Solid knowledge of Google Workspace, with advanced proficiency in Google Sheets for developing controls, reports, and dashboards. * Methodologies: Practical knowledge of layout organization and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., 5S).
