Within this context, property maintenance activities are essential. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and store products and materials. Record invoice movements for incoming and outgoing transactions. Control the inflow and outflow of goods. Operate software and spreadsheets. Prevent future shortages by anticipating material requirements. Organize files and documents for quick retrieval when needed. Requirements Completed high school education. Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of Oracle ERP system. Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, agile, and communicative profile. Relevant work experience. Courses related to the field are a plus.
