Job Summary: An agile and proactive professional to support e-commerce operations, focusing on picking, packing, shipping, inventory management, and warehouse organization—ensuring efficient workflow. Key Highlights: 1. Optimize e-commerce picking, packing, and shipping processes. 2. Maintain flawless inventory and warehouse organization with efficiency and agility. 3. Work in a dynamic environment focused on productivity and quality. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * **Picking (Order Selection):** Accurately select orders received from various marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Amazon). * **Rigorous Verification:** Validate model, color, quantity, and technical specifications before each packaging step. * **Packing (Packaging):** Package eyewear with reinforced protection to ensure products arrive intact at the customer. * **Shipping:** Label packages and organize batches for daily carrier pickups. * **Inventory Management:** Track incoming and outgoing items in the system, ensuring physical and digital stock levels remain synchronized and up-to-date. * **Warehouse Organization:** Maintain a clean, safe environment with items strategically placed to facilitate workflow. * **Loading and Unloading:** Assist in receiving goods from suppliers and restocking shelves. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Agile and proactive profile, accustomed to the fast-paced rhythm of e\-commerce operations. * **Impeccable Organization:** Essential to prevent shipping errors and inventory losses. * Good motor coordination and physical stamina for continuous manual work. * Ability to work under defined processes and productivity targets. * **Preferred Qualification:** Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution centers. **Compensation and Additional Benefits:** * **Base Salary:** R$ 1\.800,00 (CLT employment regime). * **Variable Compensation:** Profit and Results Sharing (PLR) \+ Productivity Bonuses \+ Incentives. **Benefits and Schedule:** * **Transportation Allowance.** * **Work Schedule:** 5x2 (Monday to Friday – **Saturdays and Sundays off**). * **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM\.
