Job Summary: Supervise and guide employees in loading, unloading, and transshipment activities, monitoring processes and KPIs while leading the operational team. Key Highlights: 1. Team management, meetings, and professional development Description: * Ability to interact effectively with people; * Experience working with teams and drivers; * Willingness to travel; * Experience with and interpretation of BI; * Experience with performance indicators; * Experience preparing presentations for performance meetings; * Public speaking skills; * Conduct and follow up on team meetings according to the established frequency; * Experience in transportation; * Knowledge of the Driver's Law. * Supervise and guide all employees responsible for executing cargo loading, unloading, and transshipment activities, complying with standards set forth in the MOPP (Manual of Procedures for the Transport of Dangerous Goods); * Supervise and monitor daily transshipment processes—from truck arrival to departure—to ensure compliance with the Dangerous Goods Handling Course requirements; * Monitor truck arrival and departure times; analyze vehicle requests and approve or reject them based on cost-benefit analysis for the company—own fleet and third-party fleets; hold weekly meetings with the operational team to report achieved results and define process improvement actions; * Track productivity and quality indicators for the area, verifying standards, analyzing data, and developing and implementing corrective and preventive actions aimed at reducing cargo-related incidents; * Generate reports on cargo loss incidents and jointly analyze them with leadership to identify errors and determine corrective and preventive actions for the process; * Support internal and external audits related to the area’s processes; * Submit monthly logistical operational reports to Management; * Evaluate the operational team’s performance, provide feedback, and support their development; act as liaison between other departments regarding team-related matters and responsibilities; * Manage HR processes: hiring, promotions, and terminations; oversee hour bank administration, time-off, and vacation scheduling for teams; provide administrative support for licenses and certifications. Control loaded goods (cargo incompatibility). Support occupational safety by ensuring compliance with workplace safety rules and regulations; * Driver management; support fleet and trailer management; sizing, planning, and controlling infrastructure required for large shippers; managing daily operational administrative routines. 2512250202491884564
