




Description: * Bachelor's degree; * National Driver's License, Category B; * Technical course in Electrotechnology, Electromechanics, or Mechatronics. * Experience with Live Line. Desirable knowledge: * Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced); * NR 10 Basic; * NR 10 Complementary; * SCADA system; * Security Policy; * Regulatory Standards; * Code of Ethics; * Internal Standards and Procedures; * Strategic Management. * Define content, develop teaching materials, and prepare pedagogical logistics related to the training of Electric System Operators; * Conduct initial and refresher courses for Low-, Medium-, and High-Voltage Electric System Operators, as well as Generation Operators; * Monitor operator performance during training, ensuring assimilation of disseminated knowledge; * Monitor and evaluate operator development during practical activities and/or simulated tests; * Support Technical and Information Technology departments in identifying new solutions to optimize electric system operations; * Participate in the evaluation and approval of new systems; * Develop, administer, and analyze assessment results, aiming at operator certification; * Produce reports to track activities conducted at the center, as well as identify necessary adjustments, always striving for process quality improvement and deviation correction; * Ensure accurate recording of executed activities, as well as transparency and integrity throughout the entire qualification/training process. 2512170202551870949
