Job Summary: Coordinate and optimize the supply chain, developing strategies for cost reduction, ensuring material availability, and leading teams. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and develop operational teams for high performance **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Coordinate and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics; Develop strategies focused on reducing logistics costs, ensuring material availability, and strictly meeting deadlines; Act as a facilitator to align suppliers, operations, and internal departments, ensuring process synergy; Lead, develop, and motivate operational teams, fostering an environment focused on high performance and efficiency; Monitor and promote continuous improvement initiatives for supply and service-level performance indicators (KPIs); Ensure excellence in service delivery and satisfaction of both internal and external customers. **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor's degree completed in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. **BENEFITS:** Cost-of-living allowance, Meal voucher (R$ 200.00). **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **RESIDENCE REQUIREMENT:** Bragança Paulista and surrounding areas.
