About the Role: The Senior Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for executing and supporting operational and analytical supply chain activities, including material and inventory planning and control, inventory management, and monitoring of the supply flow. This role contributes to the efficient procurement of materials and services, seeking a balance among service levels, cost reduction, and operational efficiency, while maintaining strategic relationships with suppliers and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes. Responsibilities: * Plan and control the supply of materials and inputs. * Execute and analyze MRP. * Monitor supply chain performance indicators (KPIs). * Manage inventory levels and material lifecycle. * Track supplier performance. * Collaborate closely with Procurement, Production Planning and Control (PCP), Logistics, and Operations departments. * Develop analyses, reports, and management dashboards. * Contribute to continuous improvement projects and implementation of new tools. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Logistics. * Experience in Supply Chain. * Knowledge of MRP and demand planning. * Advanced Excel proficiency (Power BI and AI as differentiators). * ERP system knowledge. * Analytical skills and systemic perspective. * Familiarity with performance indicators (KPIs). * Clear communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
