We are a growing distributor in the convenience store and tobacco retail sector, with dynamic operations and a high volume of orders. We seek a responsible and organized professional to assume an important role within our shipping department. **Responsibilities** * Receive and verify merchandise * Organize and store products in inventory * Pick orders for shipment * Support shipping and loading activities * Ensure inventory organization and control * Support operational workflow improvements **Requirements** * Experience in inventory, logistics, or shipping * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Commitment and responsibility * Willingness to perform operational tasks (handling merchandise) **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience handling high order volumes * Prior experience as a checker or warehouse clerk * Basic knowledge of inventory control **Candidate Profile** * Practical, solution-oriented individual * Willing to engage in hands-on work * Prefers an organized routine * Committed to the company’s success and growth **We Offer** * Direct and non-bureaucratic work environment * Real opportunity for growth * Opportunity to assume greater responsibilities in operations Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: Starting from R$1.850,00 per month Benefits: * Company-provided mobile phone * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
