Job Summary: The Senior E-commerce Analyst will be responsible for all E-commerce area activities (Corporate and Commercial), including monitoring and registering investments, updating information, and preparing materials for meetings. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for E-commerce activities (Corporate and Commercial) 2. Manages virtual store registrations, updates, and reports 3. Through the **Senior E\-commerce Analyst** position, the goal is to assume full responsibility for all E\-Commerce area activities (Corporate and Commercial). **Position for Business Unit:** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and register investments in operations / promotions conducted by manufacturers on the Virtual Store; * Responsible for sending dashboard information to suppliers regarding operations / promotions implemented on the Virtual Store; * Responsible for updating photos, information, banners, and suggested lists in the Virtual Store admin panel; * Responsible for preparing meeting materials for supplier follow-ups on revenue performance and Virtual Store operations; * Prepare meeting materials for suppliers (Commercial); * Send daily management reports; * Send and test required information during the Virtual Store Project phase; * Monitor and send the weekly Colgate – Distribution Challenge report; * Organize events related to the Virtual Store; * Serve as the interface with agencies for banner creation, marketing e\-mails, promotional items, etc.; * Update and monitor the Acelera Vendas website concerning Generalist Campaigns in the new Acelera Vendas phase. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **EDUCATION:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields. * **COURSES:** * Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite proficiency. * **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:** * E\-Commerce platforms; * Product Management; * Content Management; * Digital Marketing; * Data and Metrics Analysis; * Systems Integration; * Mobile Commerce; * Testing and Optimization; * Data Security and Protection. * **ORGANIZATIONAL COMPETENCIES:** * Project Management; * Inventory and Logistics Management; * Deadline Management; * Budgeting and Financial Control; * Supplier and Partner Management; * Legal and Regulatory Compliance; * Documentation and Standardization; * Data Security and Protection; * Content Management; * Performance Measurement; **Additional Information** * Health Insurance (for employee and dependents) * Dental Insurance (for employee and dependents) * Life Insurance * Birthday Day Off * Gympass * On-site Meal * Food Allowance * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance * Extended Maternity Leave (180 days) **Note:** * Monday to Friday work schedule, at Vila Nova Wholesale headquarters in Campinas, SP ### **Why Join Vila Nova Group?** At **Vila Nova Group**, you’ll find more than just a job—you’ll find stability, development, and genuine growth opportunities.
