If you identify with who we are ***\#VemSerSolar \#PaixãoQueTransforma \#SedeQueImpulsiona*** **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Conduct daily visits to points of sale (POS), executing the commercial strategy with excellence—restocking shelves, refrigerators, and additional display areas; correctly communicating pricing information; and ensuring increased sales volume; * Collect data on pricing, inventory levels, product portfolio, promotional activities, and product expiration dates; * Move product cases and pallets between storage areas and store sales zones; * Inspect product conditions and expiration dates, implementing proper stock rotation for sales; * Perform sales, negotiations, and execution of the commercial strategy; * Place and manage orders. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **What You Need to Have:** * Completed high school; * Basic math knowledge; * Driver’s license category "A" or "AB"; * Comfort using smartphones. #### **It’s a Plus If You:** * Are currently pursuing a university degree; * Have basic negotiation knowledge; * Have prior experience in sales; * Understand basic distribution concepts and markup; * Have prior experience in merchandising and product display. **Work Schedule:** 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM, Monday through Friday **Additional Information** #### **See Some Other Benefits of Being Solar:** For your health and safety: * Health insurance plan with special conditions for you and your dependents; * Telemedicine service covering multiple specialties, including telepsychology; * Dental plan; * Emotional Well-being Program; * Wellhub (fitness center network); * Life insurance.
