Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for checking product expiration dates, organizing, restocking, and serving customers, ensuring products are in perfect condition and properly displayed. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product expiration date and condition management 2. Inventory organization and restocking 3. Customer service and pricing * Verify that products are within their expiration dates; * Ensure merchandise is in perfect working condition; * Maintain product organization on respective shelves and displays; * Know when to withdraw merchandise from inventory; * Restock inventory continuously; * Perform exchanges of expired or damaged goods; * Assist customers by indicating where the products they seek are located; * Attach labels and prices to items; * Conduct inventory counts to enable continuous restocking; * Identify out-of-stock items requiring procurement; * Prepare sales reports; * Keep shelves and displays clean and organized at all times; * Place products with shorter expiration dates at the front; * Remove expired items from display, among other duties inherent to the role.
