**Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities**
* Coordinate regulatory activities of the concession, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations
* Act as the direct interface with the National Land Transport Agency (ANTT) and other public agencies
* Lead the preparation of formal submissions, including official letters, technical reports, and responses to regulatory inspections
* Conduct and support the structuring of economic\-financial rebalancing requests
* Monitor and analyze contractual investments, ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations
* Manage the flow of regulatory demands, ensuring organization, control, and timely delivery
* Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, legal, operations, finance) to consolidate technical support
* Support the conduct of regulatory inspections and administrative proceedings
* Lead and develop the team, promoting efficiency, technical quality, and strategic vision
* Proactively identify regulatory risks and opportunities, contributing to the concession’s strategy
**Requirements**
* Completed undergraduate degree (Engineering, Economics, Law, Business Administration, or related fields)
* Solid knowledge of Administrative Law applied to infrastructure regulation
* Experience in infrastructure regulation
* Experience with economic\-financial rebalancing requests
* Experience interfacing with regulatory agencies and public bodies
* Experience monitoring regulatory investments
* Strong organizational skills, demand control, and deadline management capability
