Then this position is definitely for ***YOU!*** ***Join our team and embark on the*** **future of work** with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** The **LABORATORY ASSISTANT (6-month temporary position)** will be responsible for: * Performing leak-tightness tests on gas meters according to the Laboratory Management System requirements and/or instructions received, including unpacking, sorting, and submerging them in water tanks to check for possible leaks; upon approval, collecting data via barcode scanning, completing production records, organizing, transporting, and storing them in predefined locations; * Completing waste reporting forms for gas meters exhibiting leaks during leak-tightness testing; * Directing non-conforming materials, leftovers, and process-generated waste to appropriate locations per established procedures; * Keeping immediate supervisors informed about activity progress and encountered difficulties to facilitate decision-making and necessary actions; * Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workplace, machines, and/or equipment used; * Complying with company, quality, and occupational safety regulations and procedures; * Performing additional duties related to the position, of similar nature and complexity, respecting occupational safety and quality regulations and procedures, and observing the scope of responsibilities, as required by the department and/or immediate supervisor; **Requirements and Qualifications** To become a **LABORATORY ASSISTANT**, you must: * Have completed high school or be currently pursuing a technical course in industrial laboratory fields; * Possess knowledge of metrology; * Preferably have prior experience in an industrial laboratory conducting pipe/fitting tests); **Additional Information** Our benefits **value** our team, so we offer: **On-site meal:** meals prepared and served at the company premises; **Transportation Allowance:** credited to a public transportation card; **Food Allowance:** equivalent to a basic food basket and accepted at supermarkets, grocery stores, butcher shops, etc.; **Group Life Insurance:** for indemnification in case of incidents; **This is how we fulfill our purpose of***CONNECTING*** you to the great opportunity awaiting you!
