Ethics and integrity underpin all business relationships, alongside humility, commitment, and diversity. **Job Description** **Project Engineer – Matão/SP \| LDC** We are looking for a Project Engineer to join Corporate Engineering – PMO, with a focus on planning, control, and governance of multidisciplinary projects. If you thrive on challenges, collaborate effectively across functions, and aspire to contribute to large-scale industrial projects, this opportunity is for you! **Key Responsibilities** * Operate within the Corporate Engineering PMO, ensuring excellence in project management. * Plan and control multidisciplinary projects across engineering and implementation phases. * Develop schedules and structure WBS, interpreting conceptual, basic, and detailed designs. * Manage scope, schedule, cost, contracts, and procurement packages. * Standardize documentation, map workflows, and ensure governance of internal processes. * Lead alignment sessions with contracted companies and stakeholders. * Prioritize demands, ensuring delivery quality and effectiveness. * Develop executive presentations to support strategic direction. * Lead cross-functional processes and rapidly adapt to changing scenarios. **Required Knowledge** * Experience in planning and controlling multidisciplinary projects. * Experience developing schedules and WBS. * Industrial projects and CAPEX portfolio management. * Willingness to travel. * Willingness to work onsite in Matão/SP. **️ Skills and Competencies** * Proficiency in MS Project, Power BI, SAP, and Microsoft Office suite. * Familiarity with project management best practices. * Organization, proactivity, and results orientation. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Analytical mindset and career-oriented perspective. **Qualifications** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management is desirable. **Languages** * Fluent English – mandatory. * Spanish – preferred. **Additional Information** Additional Information for the job **Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity** Diversity is part of our DNA.
