Job Summary: Supervise production routines, lead the operational team, and ensure compliance with standards and targets in an industrial environment. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct deviation investigations and drive continuous improvement (Lean/Kaizen). In addition to Brazil, Minerva Foods operates in Paraguay, Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia, and owns specialized sheep-processing plants in Australia. With our 46 industrial units, we offer healthy and nutritious products marketed worldwide through our 23 distribution centers and 17 international offices. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise production routines, ensuring achievement of targets for volume, quality, safety, and costs. * Lead the operational team (task allocation, technical guidance, and performance monitoring). * Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), SSMA (Safety, Security, Health, and Environment) regulations, and quality requirements. * Monitor KPIs (OEE, yield, losses, rework, downtime) and implement action plans. * Support training, onboarding, and team development. * Conduct deviation investigations and manage non-conformities while driving continuous improvement (Lean/Kaizen). * Interface with Maintenance, Quality, Production Planning and Control (PCP), and other departments to ensure smooth production flow. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements: * Education: Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in leadership within industrial production (food industry experience preferred); * Knowledge of KPIs, team management, GMP/SSMA, and operational routines; * Availability for shift work; * Willingness to reside in Barretos/SP.
