Product Implementation (AutoLoad)

Real opportunities for professional development in a dynamic environment. **Job Description** We seek a professional to work directly on the front line of the new AutoLoad implementation. You will serve as the bridge between the client's business and our technology. The focus of this role is to understand the client's logistics operations, configure and parameterize the cloud platform (including writing scripts in code), and ensure an efficient and high-impact *go\-live* (production launch). **Responsibilities:** * Lead the AutoLoad implementation process, from requirements gathering to client production launch. * Perform technical system parameterization, developing and adjusting business logic and rule scripts using the Lua programming language. * Understand the client's logistics and operational processes to map optimal configurations within the platform. * Conduct integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) with clients. * Collect user experience feedback and communicate structured *insights* to the Implementation and Product teams for continuous tool improvement. * Develop and update product technical documentation. * Train end users and ensure the client derives maximum value from the solution. **Qualifications:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Production Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. * Practical experience working in manufacturing plants, logistics/port terminals, or large warehousing centers. It is essential to understand day-to-day operational dynamics (yard management, access control, loading and handling of solid or liquid bulk materials). * Solid programming logic foundation.
