Job Summary: This Procurement Analyst manages the procurement process for materials and services, from quotation to delivery tracking and supplier management. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in the development and implementation of corrective and preventive action plans. **PROCUREMENT ANALYST** * Salary: R$ 3\.700,00 * Contract Type: Temporary (permanent hiring after probationary period) * Benefits: Transportation Allowance \+ Meal Allowance **Responsibilities**: * Execute the procurement process for materials and services. * Review requested specifications and quantities. * Check material availability in inventory. * Verify budget availability for procurement. * Conduct quotation or bidding processes. * Select suppliers, prices, and delivery timelines. * Finalize purchases. * Monitor delivery schedules. * Maintain interdepartmental communication to ensure procured materials meet demand planning requirements. * Develop and manage supplier relationships. * Evaluate supplier performance. * Negotiate compensation for losses arising from rejected materials. * Participate in the development, monitoring, and implementation of corrective and preventive action plans related to non-conformities identified during audits, internal processes, or customer complaints. Requirements: * Reside in Taubaté, Quiririm, Tremembé, or Caçapava * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields * Prior experience in this role Job Type: Temporary Contract Duration: 9 months Compensation: R$3\.700,00 per month Benefits: * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance
