Job Summary: The professional will develop and implement industrial performance improvement, regulatory compliance, and environmental projects, with a focus on utility systems and mass balances. With our 46 industrial units, we offer healthy and nutritious products marketed worldwide through our 23 distribution centers and 17 international offices. **Responsibilities and Duties** Develop and implement industrial performance improvement, regulatory compliance, and environmental projects. Develop technical procedures and ensure their proper implementation. Provide support to all Minerva Ingridients business units. Develop mass balances for Ingridients manufacturing plants, focusing on optimal process efficiency and plant availability; Conduct studies for unit modifications and expansions; Primarily work on utility systems, including steam, water, compressed air, and effluents; **Requirements and Qualifications** Knowledge: Engineering degree (Mechanical, Production or related fields) Project management Desirable: MS Project / AutoCAD; Skills: * Conflict management * Leadership * Results orientation * Resilience * Logical reasoning * Sense of priority * Systems thinking Ability to interact effectively with peers Experience in slaughterhouses and Ingridients manufacturing plants As the leader in beef exports in South America, Minerva Foods is more than a global company – we are a community of professionals committed to "building connections among people, food, and nature."
