We are hiring a **Plastic Profile Extruder** to work the **night shift from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM** at our company in the **plastic profiles** industry. **Job Objective:** Efficiently and safely produce high-quality products. **Key Responsibilities:** · Operate extrusion machines according to established technical standards and parameters. · Conduct quality inspections of parts for visual appearance and dimensional accuracy during and after the production process. · Prepare raw material mixtures as specified in production orders, weighing and feeding materials into extruders. · Return unused raw materials to storage at the end of each production run for inventory control and departmental organization. · Replace molds, extruder heads, calibrators, and other peripheral equipment, performing necessary adjustments. · Inspect produced parts. **Requirements:** · Completed high school education. · Experience in extrusion (plastics, films, tubes, profiles, etc.). · Metrology. · Drawing interpretation. · Familiarity with ISO 9001 standard. · Knowledge of process standardization. **Schedule: Night shift – 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM** Join our team!
