It resolves customer questions and complaints fairly and effectively, provides product and service information to customers, and identifies sales opportunities to maintain and increase customer relationship revenue streams. **Role Summary** ----------------------- The assistant will be responsible for managing the lifecycle and supply of spare parts sourced from international suppliers. The central focus is ensuring a balance between service level (avoiding stockouts) and working capital optimization (avoiding excess inventory), acting directly at the interface with International Trade (Comex) and global suppliers. **Your responsibilities will include** ------------------------------------ * MRP Management: Operate and analyze daily procurement requirements and order expediting, categorizing by urgency (delayed, within lead time, and planned). * Item Lifecycle (Use/Sub): Technically manage code transitions (introduction and obsolescence), consolidating demand and inventory to prevent duplicate or obsolete purchases. * SAP Execution: Perform bulk uploads and purchase order management via transactions **ME51N, ME52N, and ME22N**, ensuring systemic data accuracy. * Network Planning: Configure inventory policies, safety stock levels, and availability targets across three or more Distribution Centers. * Logistics Interface: Partner with International Trade (Comex) and Logistics to monitor inbound shipments and factor in receiving processing time when calculating availability. * Performance Management: Monitor real-time stockout metrics, fulfillment risk indicators (CAP/SAAP), and propose mitigation plans for items projected to exhaust. * Data Analysis: Develop inventory control and stock health dashboards. * Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in implementing new planning tools, focusing on automation and scenario simulation. **Minimum Requirements** ---------------------- * **Education:** Currently pursuing or recently completed undergraduate degree (Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields). * **Language:** Advanced English (frequent interaction with international suppliers and global teams). * **Technical Knowledge:** Advanced Excel proficiency and analytical capability to manipulate large datasets (Big Data). **Desired Skills and Experience** ----------------------------------------- * Prior experience in **Supply Chain**, specifically in Materials Planning (MRP), Inventory Management, or Import Operations. * Proficiency in the **SAP** system. * Knowledge of safety stock calculation methodologies and inventory policy configuration. * Experience with component replacement processes (Use\-Sub). **What We Offer** -------------------- \_"No dress code". \_Gympass; \_Transportation Allowance, Shuttles, or On-site Parking; \_Meal Voucher; \_On-site Meals; \_Benefits such as payroll-deductible or social loans, health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and market-competitive private pension plans; \_Employee Assistance Program, offering 24/7 support from legal, social, financial, social work, and psychology professionals; \_Childcare or On-site Nursery Support; \_On-site services: beauty and aesthetics salon, internal bank branch, laundry, snack bar, restaurant, and lactation room; \_Two weeks of remote work from anywhere; \_After five years of employment, eligible employees may take four weeks of paid leave; \_Product discounts via Compra Certa; \_Insurance discounts (pet, auto, home, bike, travel, and more); \_Extended maternity/paternity leave. **Additional Information** -------------------------- This position requires a strong sense of ownership and initiative to handle critical inventory management deadlines and the complexity of international logistics.
