It resolves customer questions and complaints fairly and effectively, provides product and service information to customers, and identifies sales opportunities to maintain and increase customer relationship revenue streams. **Role Summary** ----------------------- The assistant will be responsible for managing the lifecycle and supply of spare parts sourced from international suppliers.
