Here, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your value and challenge yourself while helping **the largest players in the domestic market** keep their businesses aligned with consumer demands! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and maintain innovative solutions; * Participate in system architecture; * Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring scalability, security, and performance; * Solve complex problems and conduct code reviews; * Stay updated with technological trends and propose adopting new technologies and best practices; * Develop and maintain systems using Java, Spring Boot, JSP, React, Docker, etc.; * Participate in code refactoring and SQL query optimization; * Actively participate in the Code Review process to safeguard code quality and team standards; * Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines; * Develop tests and test pipelines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in developing highly complex systems; * Experience in Java and JavaScript development; * Experience and solid knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.); * Solid knowledge of programming languages; * Experience in system design and architecture; * Problem-solving and debugging skills; * Excellent communication skills; * Knowledge of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); * Ability to give and receive constructive feedback; * Proactivity in identifying problems and proposing improvements; * Ability to strategically evaluate and adopt new technologies. **It’s a** ***plus*** **if you have:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of React. **Additional Information** At NeoGrid, People Matter.
