If you possess strategic vision, an analytical profile, and experience in Production Planning and Control, we want to meet you. ### **Main responsibilities of the position:** ✔ Coordinate Production Planning and Control (PCP); ✔ Develop and monitor the Master Production Schedule (MPS); ✔ Ensure adherence to production plans and delivery deadlines; ✔ Manage productive capacity, inventory levels, and raw material availability; ✔ Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs); ✔ Lead the PCP team, promoting continuous improvement and personnel development; ✔ Identify opportunities to increase productivity, reduce waste, and optimize processes. ### **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Proven experience coordinating PCP, preferably in the industrial sector; * Proficiency in ERP systems and Advanced Excel; * Experience with demand planning, MRP, S&OP, and indicator-based management; * Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile.
