Leads and executes packaging development projects for all product categories in the company’s portfolio: new structures and presentations, cost-reduction initiatives, and qualification of new materials from suppliers. Conducts factory tests and prepares/revises technical specifications for packaging materials. Researches innovative packaging solutions. Develops/revises technical packaging layouts. Contributes to project presentation development. Actively identifies new packaging cost-reduction ideas. Maintains strong interaction with related departments to ensure timely implementation of projects and deliverables, managing projects accordingly. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Leads and executes packaging development projects end-to-end—including new packaging/presentation development, cost-reduction initiatives, and qualification of materials from new suppliers or with new specifications—covering factory testing, report preparation, and all other standard P\&D documentation (innovation funnel/stage\-gate process). Identifies and resolves issues arising during projects, proposing solutions for approval. Maintains close collaboration with all involved departments to ensure on-time project implementation and delivery—Marketing, Factories, Quality, PCP, Procurement, Controlling, etc. * Prepares or revises technical specifications for various types of materials: flexible films, aseptic packaging, cans, jars, plastic bottles, buckets, shrink bags, adhesive labels, shipping boxes, stretch film, etc. For secondary packaging, reviews resistance calculations (MCKEE) and re-evaluates palletization models as needed, proposing improvements to palletization efficiency. * Develops/revises technical packaging layouts for innovation or cost-reduction projects. * Proactively identifies cost-reduction initiatives to meet the annual program target. Analyzes current packaging specifications and proposes feasible modifications through supplier engagement, technical research in industry e-journals, participation in webinars, trade fairs, and sector events. * Researches innovative packaging options aligned with the company’s product portfolio. Prepares materials and presentations for the Marketing team. * Monitors relevant packaging legislation in coordination with competent authorities. * Collaborates with the Marketing area on market, customer, and consumer research activities aimed at identifying new packaging solutions or improvements. * Responsible for preparing/revising Packaging Acceptance Letters. TEMPORARY POSITION TO COVER MATERNITY LEAVE **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science, Dairy Science and Technology, Food Technology, or related fields. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in packaging development within food manufacturing industries. * Knowledge of innovation flow and project management concepts. * Familiarity with packaging regulatory standards. * Intermediate Office skills. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Additional Information** **We take the well-being of Our People very seriously!
