**Responsibilities and Duties**
Supervise road, rail, and pipeline operations, ensuring correct execution of activities in accordance with operational procedures and safety standards.
Lead and guide the operational team, assigning tasks, monitoring execution, and ensuring productivity and operational discipline.
Ensure strict compliance with operational and safety procedures, including proper use of equipment and adherence to critical routines.
Manage operational quality control activities, ensuring correct tank draining, sample collection, and compliance with defined standards.
Ensure integrity and compliance of handled products, acting promptly in cases of quality deviation or suspected contamination.
Validate operational records, measurements, and inventory controls, ensuring data consistency and traceability.
Identify and correct operational deviations, ensuring operational continuity and efficiency.
Promote continuous alignment with maintenance, safety, and administrative departments, ensuring integrated operations.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Completed bachelor's degree;
Relevant experience preferred.
