Monitoring contract expiration dates and sanitary audits Job Description :: ASSISTANT OF OPERATIONS **Prerequisites:** High school diploma or technical degree in Building Construction, or incomplete/complete higher education in Engineering; proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. **Responsibilities:** Provide assistance in collecting information relevant to maintenance, environment management, cleaning, and warehouse operations; deliver pre-service support to store tenants, suppliers, and third parties regarding shopping center services and documentation; monitor contract expiration dates; track the quarterly schedule of sanitary audits and notify store tenants to arrange their evaluations; manage and distribute PPEs while completing employee record forms.
