Then this position is definitely for ***YOU!*** ***Join our team and embark on the*** **future of work** with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** The **OPERATIONS ANALYST** will be responsible for: * Managing the full lifecycle of RFPs/RFQs, Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), and contractual amendments. * Acting as the interface between Procurement, Legal, Finance, and regional teams, ensuring timely approvals and compliance with Kenvue policies. * Maintaining centralized control over suppliers, contracts, statuses, and commercial terms. * Supporting intercompany and cross\-charge models, ensuring proper documentation and financial traceability. * Controlling and monitoring CAPEX and OPEX budgets for projects and cost centers within Global Automation \& Integration. * Monitoring commitments, actuals, accruals, and forecasts across multiple regions. * Performing invoice validation and reconciliation against contracts, POs, and agreed milestones. * Ensuring adherence to Kenvue’s financial policies, audit requirements, and internal controls. * Preparing monthly financial and operational reports, ensuring visibility into spend, forecasts, risks, and variances. * Developing and maintaining management dashboards and controls (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint) for leadership. * Extracting and analyzing data from SAP and other corporate financial systems. * Serving as the operational focal point for the global Automation \& Integration team. * Standardizing processes and driving continuous improvement in procurement, financial control, and reporting. * Ensuring proper documentation, traceability, and audit readiness. **Requirements and Qualifications** To qualify for the **OPERATIONS ANALYST** position, you must: * Have experience in procurement operations, supplier management, contract management, and financial control. * Have experience with CAPEX, OPEX, forecasting, accruals, and budgetary control. * Possess practical knowledge of SAP (financial and/or procurement modules). * Be proficient in Microsoft 365 (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint; Power BI is desirable). * Have intermediate/advanced English proficiency. * Have experience working in global or matrix environments. * Have prior experience in engineering, automation, IT/OT, or manufacturing. * Have experience with eMarketplace platforms and global Procurement processes. **Additional Information** Our benefits **value** our team, so we offer: **Meal Allowance:** dedicated to daily meals and accepted at restaurants, bakeries, etc.; **Transportation Allowance:** credited to a public transportation card; **Food Allowance:** equivalent to a basic food basket and accepted at supermarkets, grocery stores, butcher shops, etc.; **Medical and Dental Assistance:** extended to direct dependents – full coverage; **Group Life Insurance:** for indemnification in case of incidents; **Pharmacy Discount Network**: exclusive discounts for Argos employees at various affiliated pharmacies or drugstores; **Christmas Bonus**. **This is how we fulfill our purpose of***CONNECTING*** you to the great opportunity awaiting you!
