**Location:** Biscoitos Pereira \- Marista \- Goiânia **Job Responsibilities:** \- Customer service. \- Greet customers courteously and warmly. \- Clarify questions regarding amounts, promotions, or payment methods. \- Ensure customer satisfaction during checkout interactions. \- Accurately register orders in the system. \- Process payments, verifying amounts and payment methods (cash, card, PIX, etc.). \- Issue and deliver fiscal receipts. \- Verify change and assist customers with financial transactions. \- Perform daily cash closing, ensuring reconciliation of funds and documents. \- Report any discrepancies to the manager. \- Organize and file financial reports and payment receipts. \- Assist in maintaining a clean and functional checkout area. \- Support the team with customer service as needed. \- Monitor stock levels of materials required at the checkout. \- Monitor expiration dates of products displayed at the checkout. \- Ensure all security procedures are followed during financial operations. \- Comply with internal policies and applicable laws governing cashier operations. **Competencies and Skills:** \- Strong communication and friendly customer service attitude \- Agility and organizational skills \- Teamwork \- Punctuality and responsibility \- Accountability and honesty \- Proficiency with numbers and cashier systems **Working Hours:** Monday through Sunday, with a one-hour daily break. Working hours are from 6:00 AM to 2:36 PM Monday through Saturday, and from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Sundays.
