WHO WE ARE \- Faiston \| Evolving is the revolution **The responsibilities of the professional occupying this position will be:** * First-level administration and support for LAN, WAN, and Wireless networks * Monitoring links and alerts from network assets * Replacing customer-provided network equipment when necessary * Following best practices for network support * Updating tickets * Coordinating with service providers for link maintenance or repair * On-site coordination at data centers (DC) for fiber or network equipment repair * Maintaining and controlling inventory of network equipment, including asset tracking * Analyzing and preparing site survey reports for the LAN environment using tools provided by T\-Systems * Supporting connection of network access devices (PCs, laptops, PTCs/HTCs, punch-down tools, and mainframes) to the network * Following processes and procedures to ensure continuity and restoration of the environment in case of incidents and problems * Continuously preparing and updating environment documentation, equipment control—including topologies and configurations * Configuring switches according to current network requirements and directives, as well as for new implementations * Relocating and deploying switches based on demand * Performing updates and maintenance of the knowledge base and support processes/procedures * Physical Installation and Initial Startup: Connect cables, assemble racks, and perform initial startup (commissioning) of Cisco switches and routers in the field. * Basic Troubleshooting: Diagnose connectivity issues, inspect cables, reboot devices, and analyze basic error logs. * Access Configuration: Configure remote access via SSH, set console passwords, and enable basic services. * Local Network Support: Configure switch ports (VLANs), voice VLANs, and verify MAC address tables. * Simple Routing Configuration: Implement static routes or configure default gateways **For this position, we require the following:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in a technology-related program * CCNA certification **Discover our benefits:** ✅ Medical and dental assistance (NotreDame Intermedica), with no co-payment. ✅ Life insurance ✅ Transportation allowance with 6% payroll deduction. ✅ Fuel allowance: BRL 300.00 per month ✅ Meal allowance (BRL 40.00 per day). ✅ Wellhub\-Gympass health platform (access to over 700 gyms across Brazil with affordable plans) ✅ Benefits club offering discounts with partners, including pharmacies, apparel, cinemas, medical exams, consultations, and more. ✅ Partnerships with educational institutions ✅ Free access to telemedicine, psychological, and nutritional services to support holistic health. ✅ Partnership with SESC **Work location for this position:** * São José dos Pinhais \- PR Compensation: BRL 3\.299,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work arrangement: On-site
