PJ POSITION FOR SÃO JOSÉ DOS PINHAIS We are seeking an organized, agile, and growth-oriented individual to join a dynamic and expanding logistics operation. Key responsibilities: * Monitor drivers en route and provide real-time operational support; * Track work shifts and support daily operations; * Update information in management systems and control spreadsheets; * Assist in communication with drivers and internal teams; * Manage operational documentation; * Issue CTEs (Transportation Service Bills) according to established standards; * Support follow-up on routes, service deliveries, and incidents; * Collaborate with the team to ensure achievement of operational targets and service-level agreements (SLAs). Requirements: * Basic knowledge of Excel; * Proficiency with management systems and ERP software; * Basic understanding of transportation documents (CTE); * Strong communication skills via WhatsApp and telephone; * Organizational skills and discipline for operational routines; * Agility and ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks.
