Review the required qualifications and additional information below. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Role Mission:** Serve as the technical lead responsible for developing and implementing process automations using RPA tools—particularly Power Apps and Power Automate. Engage throughout the entire automation lifecycle: from understanding current AS IS processes and identifying automation opportunities, to delivering and sustaining implemented solutions. Ensure automation quality, drive continuous improvement, and conduct training sessions for business units on new features and solutions. **Responsibilities:** Gather and analyze requirements from current processes (AS IS) to identify automation opportunities. Propose, detail, and implement automation solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate. Develop technical and functional specifications for automation projects. Assess and estimate time and effort required for automation development. *Develop and execute unit and integration tests, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) with business areas.* Ensure automations are correctly implemented per agreed-upon requirements. Plan and monitor implementation activities, identifying and mitigating risks. Conduct training and alignment sessions on newly implemented automations. Support updates to workflows resulting from automations. Monitor post-implementation operations to ensure stability and compliance with changes. Maintain documentation for automations and projects. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field * **Specific Knowledge:** Strong expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate, requirements gathering and specification, and process automation.
