We are seeking a professional responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency in material inspection and dispatch processes. This role is essential for guaranteeing compliance in logistics operations, directly contributing to both company and customer satisfaction.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Inspect and assign incoming and outgoing invoices.
* Use management tools to ensure productivity, safety, and quality.
* Assist in inventory control and batch location.
* Receive, store, pick, and dispatch goods according to demand.
**Mandatory Requirements:**
* Completed high school education.
* Prior experience in material inspection or related logistics areas.
* Knowledge of inventory management and control tools.
* Organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with ERP systems.
* Knowledge of inventory and stock audit processes.
* Familiarity with safety regulations and good warehousing practices.
**Work Schedule:**
Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM.
