Main Responsibilities: * Plan and monitor preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities; * Contra * Ensure resource planning, but * Monitor scheduled shutdowns and support activity execution; * Update maintenance controls and systems; * Conduct failure analysis and support continuous process improvement; * Prepare management reports and maintenance performance indicators; * Interface with operational departments and suppliers. Requirements: * Technical or higher education degree * Experience in maintenance planning and control; * Knowledge of PCM; * Proficiency in Excel and maintenance management systems; * Organized, analytical, and proactive profile; * Must reside in Monte Mor or surrounding area. Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of SAP PM; * Experience in distribution centers, manufacturing, or logistics operations; * Experience with maintenance KPIs.
