To achieve this, our area is responsible for operating across the entire logistics chain (Supply, Systems, Last Mile, People & Security), getting hands-on from purchasing point-of-sale devices to their effective delivery to our customers. Known as Green Angels, this team is tasked with directly serving our customers at their points of sale. Your primary responsibility is to serve our users externally—both within the city and across coverage regions—assisting them with product setup and correct usage of the products they contracted with us. Additionally, you will also be responsible for activities conducted at the franchise where you will work, including inventory management, receipt of assets, reverse logistics, equipment sorting, organization, and periodic inventory audits.
