Responsibilities **Job Mission** Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of processes and procedures related to goods receipt, storage, handling, dispatch, and distribution, as well as monitor and act on performance indicators to ensure timely, high-quality, and safe execution of responsibilities. Responsibilities * Issue and verify invoices according to business requirements and applicable legislation; * Generate shift reports to support leadership decision-making; * Complete and support internal control analysis for developing improvement and/or results maintenance action plans; * Verify mandatory documentation required for product transportation; * Record product movements in the ERP system and monitor and report third-party inventory; * Guide drivers on applying Inbound/Outbound flow procedures. Periodically inspect Inbound/Outbound equipment (truck scales, query terminals, printers); * Support revision of procedures and work instructions; * Support execution and monitoring of logistics projects/initiatives; * Perform routine tasks and implement action plans focused on safety and continuous improvement in Logistics (driver dialogues, safety inspections, audits, satisfaction surveys, among others); * Organize files containing documents used in the process; * Monitor daily loading schedules and intervene when necessary to correct operational deviations, aiming to achieve performance indicator targets; * Monitor and identify deviations in the driver and truck documentary and visual inspection checklist during salt operations; * Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and adherence to organizational policies and occupational health, safety, and environmental standards, aligning daily activities with established processes. Requirements **Education** Completed High School or currently pursuing a university degree; English \- Basic \- Preferred; Spanish \- Basic \- Preferred. **Mandatory Knowledge** Computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Basic knowledge of SAP (ERP) system.
